Mission Department is working hard to reach the unsaved in areas where the church thinks it right to be mission fields. The Department takes up activities of appointing, sending and looking after the evangelists or missionaries, plant churches and support in planting churches wherever appropriate. The mission fields consist of local areas as well as regional areas. Presently, there are 10 missionaries working at various places.
Finance
The Department of Finance is responsible for generation of income and expenditure of the church for its functions and activities. Every financial activity involving funds which is undertaken by the church is managed by the department.
Women
The Women department exists to develop and reinforce Christian women spiritual development in the church. It takes up women activities related programs like women worship service, seminar, class women fasting programs, family worship, social works, etc. that fosters Christian growth.
Youth
The Youth department functions for the development of youth spiritually. It organizes youth related programs, including youth worship service, seminar, music class, social activities, etc. to enable Christian growth.
Men Department (Men Society)
Men department functions exclusively for all married men of the church.the goal of having men society is to help men grow spiritually and also to help understand develop and their God-given authority of being a leader over the family.
Sunday School Department
As part of imparting Christian Education and Child Development, Sunday School Department functions as a platform for all the kids to come together, learn and participate in activities conducted under Sunday School Department
Platinum Jubilee Committee
Platinum Jubilee Committee comprised of 7 members. Makhan Baptist Church celebrated its 75th anniversary of Christianity from 10th - 12th of January, 2024. Jubilee Committee members had worked hard making necessary preparation for the celebration. The Jubilee (Programme) was successfully conducted. The names of the committee members are stated below:
